What is the return policy?
Items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase by emailing shop@kultur.co.za with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Is your activewear squat-proof?
Yes! All our leggings and shorts are squat-proof and tested for durability, so you can move with confidence.
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship your order promptly, and once it's dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details - delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location.
How do I care for my activewear?
We recommend washing in cold water with similar colors and air-drying or tumble-drying on low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to extend the life of your activewear.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a base shipping fee of R120 for all orders under R1200, applicable to any location within South Africa.
