Returns Policy:
Eligibility:
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at shop@kultur.co.za with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and why.
- Our team will guide you through the process with a return authorization.
Return Shipping:
- Customers cover return shipping unless it’s our mistake or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges Policy:
