Returns Policy:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at shop@kultur.co.za with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and why.
  • Our team will guide you through the process with a return authorization.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers cover return shipping unless it’s our mistake or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges Policy:

  • Email us at shop@kultur.co.za with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new item you’d like instead.
  • Our team will provide exchange authorization and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out the new item within 5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@kultur.co.za, and we’ll make it right.
